DAPA (DEFERRED ACTION FOR PARENTAL ACCOUNTABILITY)
The DAPA program under President Obama's Executive Order was scheduled to begin on May 19, 2015. However, in February 2015 a federal judge in Texas issued an order stopping the program. His order has been appealed and we do not know when DAPA will start.
In the meantime, you should:
- collect your information for DAPA, that is proof that you have been in the US since January 1, 2010 and were in the US on November 20, 2014
- not pay anyone to start a DAPA application for you.
